Your Responsibilities

• Prioritizes the Client's satisfaction during each interactions
• Make It Right mentality, with focus on providing first contact resolution
• Act in an empowered way to make decisions that enhance our Client experience, including escalating or sharing feedback with others
• Positive & professional communication skills in speech & in writing
• General retail and e-commerce (online shopping) knowledge preferred
• Ability to multi task in multiple computer programs
• Thrives as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment
• Participates in additional training courses
• Receptive to continuous coaching and development
• Potential opportunities to cross train in Email, Chat, Text SMS, and De-Escalation (Tier 2 Associate)

Qualifications

6 months Call Center experience preferred
1 year previous customer service experience
Must be 18 years old
Type 25 wpm
High School Graduate or GED
Ability to use desktop computer system
Logical problem solving skills
Ability to multi-task
Proven oral and written communication skills
Flexible Availability
Ability to use Windows operating systems
Ability to work under pressure with positive attitude
Continuously demonstrate sense of urgency
Attention to detail, taking the initiative
Must pass Background Check
Possess a high level of Professionalism
Ability to empathize with customer's issues
