Consumer Experience Requirements:

Consumer Engagement Managers are expected to own these responsibilities personally.

Prior stable work experience.

Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications and apply their use for phone and non-phone activities.

Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely verbally and in writing.

Ability to multi-task. This includes ability to understand multiple products and multiple levels of benefits within each product.

Ability to remain focused and productive each day though tasks may be repetitive.

Self-driven and ambitious

Outgoing personality with high energy

Group Retiree additional requirement: proficient with Group Retiree resources and processes

Job Requirements

Requirements:                 

  • 2 – 4 years of experience as an Account Manager/Account Coordinator/Project Manager, preferably working with IVR applications or in the contact center industry

  • 1-3 years of experience in the healthcare market

  • Bachelor’s degree or significant equivalent experience as an Account Manager in the contact center industry

  • Minimum requirement of intermediate Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point

  • Overnight travel approximately four times per year
