YOUR IMPACT

Our Customer Service Representatives are a very important part of our family. You will be the eyes and ears for our team, fielding inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. Working in a collaborative and engaging environment, you will have the chance to interact with people from all lifestyles and no two days will be the same.

 

Your Responsibilities

Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries

Educate customers on policy and product questions

Provide excellent customer service through your helping nature and passion for the customer experience

Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively

Aim to resolve issues on the first call with a solutions mindset in every interaction

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking for

 1-3 years customer service or sales experience

 Demonstrated capability to create a world-class customer experience in every interaction

 A self-learner interested in both the how and the why

 Ability to prioritize effectively according to changing circumstances and manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to detail

 Comfort with desktop computer system

 Proven oral & written communication skills

 Possess home state Life & Health Insurance License

 Over 18 years of age

 Ability to type 25 wpm

 High School Graduate or GED

What We Prefer

 BA/BS Degree

 Exceptional grammar and typing skills

 Strong business acumen with proven business communication skills

 Availability to work various shifts

 Organization and work prioritization skills
