Job Description

· Coordinate procurement team and cross-functional initiatives for Global Categories and Global Suppliers in the countries under scope.

· Lead procurement team; ensure negotiation, control and management of the countries that are part of English-World (USA, Canada, UK, Australia) & APAC (China, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines and Singapore)

· Ensure full utilization of internal synergies to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the inbound supply chain process.

· Review CAPEX per production seat projects are in accordance with the Group policy.

· Ensure to accomplish Building Lease guidelines.

· Development of communication strategy of each category processes.

· Work in alignment with Corporate Social Responsibility team (CRS) for Energy efficiencies initiatives to reduce carbon footprint (clean energy evaluation, smart consumption campaigns, etc.).

· Validate and ratify suppliers Contract for local categories, looking to enforce better vendor contracts, reduce after sale risk and develop long-term supplier relationships.

· Work aligned with Global Procurement to ensure the rollout of Global categories according to preferred suppliers and brands in the region within scope.

· Meet regularly with respective departments regarding procurement for their understanding and/or recommendations to enhance policies, procedures and develop, communicate and implement new/revised policies, procedures and programs as needed.

· Enhance procurement reports capabilities through the continuous improvement and automation according to Global Procurement definitions.

· Ensure the P2P processes are in accordance with the Global Procurement policy.

Technical Skills

· Indirect Procurement, Managing CP&E, G&A, IT, MRO, T&E.

· International Procurement knowledge.

· Supply chain management

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint

· Procurement Systems (Ariba, Coupa, Oracle)

· Preferred ERP (SAP, Oracle, D365) Dashboard, Power BI.

· Experienced in establishing and managing metrics and controls and Service Levels.

· Experienced in successfully delivering projects in a complex matrix environment.

· Strong communication & relationship building skills at all levels of the organization across multiple functions.

· Strong influencing & negotiation skills.

  • Preferred knowledge in Lean Six Sigma Methodology.
  • ·           Serve as the primary contact for Procurement related questions, training, policy and procedure interpretation and alignment by all departments.

    ·           Process purchase orders; develops bids and proposals; and reconcile any invoice discrepancies.

    ·           Develop, communicate and manage key metrics.

    ·           Oversee supplier qualification processes to mitigate risk and manage compliance with Group Policy and external requirements (CCPA, CSR, GDPR, etc.).

    ·         Solid analytical and computer skills

    ·         Strong communication skills

    ·         Outstanding team building and leadership skills

Job Requirements

Requirements:               


·         Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics or related field

·         7-10 years of related experience, with at least 3 years of supervisory experience

·         Hands on experience with a major business spend software, preferred Coupa

·         Track record of spend optimization, devising and implementing policies across international divisions

  • Experience with sourcing and procurement and building a vendor program

·         Results-oriented, metrics-driven leader with expertise in purchasing, supplier collaboration   

development and compliance
