Job Description

Purpose of Position

The Executive Briefing Center Manager is a highly visible role responsible for the in-development Teleperformance Executive Briefing Center (EBC), located in Santa Clara.  This role reports into the EVP Marketing and will be responsible for creating an innovative and engaging customer experience in this new facility that demonstrates Teleperformance’s High Tech High Touch service capabilities.

The Manager will be responsible for creating an all new briefing center experience. This role requires strong leadership, an understanding of sales, as well as experiential design experience. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, capable of driving change, experienced in working with leadership, and has managed or refreshed a previous customer experience center. The candidate will collaborate with marketing, sales, operations, and third-party agencies to create a dynamic, engaging customer experience helping to accelerate sales. The Manager will be responsible for landing the brand experience and developing trusted relationships with executives, account teams and presenters. The position requires strong analytical, and organizational skills and the ability to work with subject matter experts (SME’s) across the organization to create engaging and targeted tracks to make the EBC an in-demand destination.

Primary Duties, Responsibilities and Requirements

•        Schedule and confirm briefings and maintain all related paperwork and center's event calendar

•        Coordinate and oversee meetings held at the Briefing Center

•        Work with corporate EA's to schedule Executive Speakers.

•        Provide logistical/concierge support for customers (catering, transportation, dinner reservations, entertainment)

•        Briefing room set-up/clean up

•        Serve as primary scheduling and logistics contact for teams wanting to use the center

•        Work with facilities to ensure the Center is in a constant state of readiness for all events

•        Manage inventory of client gifts and deliverables

•        Administrative support of projects as needed

Job Requirements

Qualifications

•        Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

•        Background in event planning and/or meeting management

•        Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint, Word and Excel.  Keynote preferred.

•        Strong written and verbal skills

•        Detail oriented and an effective communicator.

•        Multi-tasking, organizational, and time management skills must be strong due

•        Must be comfortable working with technology (collaboration tools, audio conference, video conference)

•        Sound reasoning ability with strong problem solving skills

•        Be self-motivated, highly organized and detail oriented

•        Energetic and productive under stressful deadlines.
