Job Description

Purpose of Position

Assists site facilities lead with daily maintenance of the building, trouble shoots and repairs various projects around the site and assists with building inspections.

Primary Duties, Responsibilities and Requirements

Manages day-to-day monitoring of facilities operations including HVAC and energy management systems, electrical, plumbing, and generator maintenance

• Supervises building maintenance with vendors

• Manages electronic security systems and supervises on site security team

• Verifies that all copiers, fax machines, and printers have toner and paper

• Clears copy machine jams and interfaces with copy machine vendors for needed repairs

• Distributes and manages telephone headsets, ear pads, windscreens, and recorders

• Keeps inventory of headsets and distribute them to make sure every agent is equipped

• Manages warrantees for headsets and other electrical equipment

• Assists in moving individuals from one office or desk to another

• Ability to work without supervision

Job Requirements

Requires some weekend and after business hours

•         Requires 24 hour on call availability

•         Requires transportation to travel locally upon demand

•         Performs other related duties and assignments as required.

•         Thrive as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment

•         Ensure all Teleperformance policies and procedures are adhered to, including but not limited to: Security, HR, Operations, etc., and any known infractions of any of these corporate policies and procedures are communicated to the proper Teleperformance Management immediately


  •         High School Diploma or GED

•         Minimum 3 years' experience in facilities operations in a commercial building

•         Knowledge and understanding of commercial HVAC and energy management systems

•         Knowledge and understanding of electrical, plumbing, carpet, locking devices, door hardware, system furniture and office furniture repair

Knowledge and understanding of generator maintenance

•         Strong organizational skills

•         Ability to multi-task

•         Exact attention to detail

•         Proficiency with MS Office

•         Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines

•         Must maintain a positive and professional attitude.
