Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Acting as the site-level Agent/Representative onboarding and licensing contact between Vendor and client.

Calling new hire Agents the week prior to the start of Agent training session to outline needed identifications and documents (including background documentation) for the licensing and appointment process.

Reviewing and updating (if necessary) their Agent addresses prior to their first day of training class.

Oversee and report on the timely licensing and appointment of Agents.

Site ownership for completing new-hire licensing and appointment paperwork the first two (2) weeks of agent training.

o Onboarding Process Analyst (or designated backup) will visit a new hire training class on the first day to lead and facilitate the completion of address updates (if applicable), GA Affidavit forms, scanning of acceptable IDs, and the agent fingerprinting process. These requirements must be submitted by the end of the first week of agent training.

o While in the classroom on day one of training, the Onboarding Process Analyst (or designated backup) should discuss the “Welcome Kit,” with emphasis on the background documentation requirements for week 2 day 3 of training. Agent conversations may need to be facilitated outside of the classroom for privacy reasons. The Onboarding Process Analyst will also present and discuss client provided PowerPoints with the class detailing the next steps in preparing for the non-resident licensing process.

o The Onboarding Process Analyst will return to the training classroom on week 1 day 2 and week 2 day 1 to remind and prepare the class for the next steps in the non-resident licensing process using client provided PowerPoints.

o Onboarding Process Analyst (or designated backup) will visit a new hire training class on week 2 day 3 to lead and facilitate the completion on the online agent interview for non-resident license applications. Completing the interview with all requirements as soon as possible is paramount to an agent having a successful start on the production floor.

Onboarding Process Analyst should use client provided reporting (“Class Checklist”) or their own tracking system to manage submissions and track outstanding requirements at the agent and class level. Updates can be provided to the client and other stakeholders through the system.

Order and set up time during first week of training classes to conduct Agent finger printing with new hires where applicable.

Conduct appropriate follow-up to respond to Agent questions and meet individual state resident and non-resident requirements and established timelines.

Provide client requested documents through scanning or overnight mail and requirements to ensure Agents are licensed and appointed to begin taking calls by day one (1) .

Manage other required onboarding activities as necessary.

Maintain accurate Agent/Representative attribute files.

Establish good working relationships with Trainers.

● Intermediate to advanced understanding of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office (in particular Excel), and other common productivity tools.

● Demonstrated ability to listen, negotiate, and influence outcomes.

● Ability to confidently present to and lead classroom time dedicated to licensing requirements.

● Strong communication and collaboration skills.
