Your Impact
Our Customer Service Representatives will be supporting a Tech startup looking to change the Healthcare system, providing a concierge level of support to our customers. You will be the eyes and ears for our team, fielding complex customer inquiries while learning and navigating the healthcare system on behalf of our customers. Working in a collaborative and engaging environment, you will have the chance to interact with people from all walks of life and no two days will be the same. As you continue to grow and challenge yourself, you will discover your potential can take you anywhere you want to go.
Your Responsibilities

• Handle and carefully respond to all inbound and outbound customer inquiries
• Appropriately communicate with members via phone and email
• Be on the frontlines of addressing and resolving a variety of member inquiries to help people understand, navigate, and pay for healthcare
• Provide excellent customer service through active listening
• Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive, patient, empathetic, and understanding
• Compassionately handle sensitive situations surrounding healthcare needs, education, and prevention planning
• Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively

What We're Looking for

• Over 18 years of age
• Ability to type 30 wpm
• High School Graduate or GED
• Comfort with desktop computer system
• Proven oral & written communication skills
• Compassionate and patient customer service mindset
• Ability to interact with various types of customers
• Prior customer service or healthcare experience is a plus
