Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Excellent Microsoft skills Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Excellent English speaking and writing plus internet savvy
  •  Excellent organizing, communication, and multi-tasking skills
  • Willing to work flexible schedule
  • Ability to take initiative and to manage many projects at one time
  • Work well with others in a busy work environment and complete assignments within strict deadlines
  • Maintain acceptable attendance record
  • Demonstrated experience working with confidential information
  • Professional business skills and image – Positive upbeat attitude at all times
  • Ability to view a computer monitor for several hours at a time
  • Ability to sit or stand at a work station for several hours at a time
  • If and when required, work periodic overtime and adapt to changing schedules
  • Pass mandatory background and screening checks
  • Must be able to produce required documentation verifying eligibility to work in the United States
  • Ability to present to large groups of people

Job Requirements

DUTIES: 

  • Develops and maintains ongoing relationships with community partners
  • Manages to actively work with community resources to understand hiring trends and develop strategic hiring plans
  • Must ensure recruiting, screening and hiring standards are maintained and adhered to in assigned sites
  • Grow a robust recruiting department by using best practices and processes
  • Will support recruiting offices with necessary duties as needed
  • Ensure New Hire Orientation class lists are accurate and complete
