Job Description

Purpose of Position                 Provides a variety of daily administrative support to Teleperformance USA senior management.

Job Requirements

Duties, Responsibilities and Requirements   

 

  • Prepares daily and weekly reports for departments.
  • Prepares and tracks various reports and documents.
  • Documents notes and processes in meetings.
  • Represents managers, verbal & written communications
  • Schedules appointments, meetings and calendars.
  • Orders and maintains office supplies for department.
  • Makes travel arrangements.
  • Prepares expense reports and check requests.
  • Manage special projects.
  • Purchases incentives for program and contests.
  • Presents a professional appearance and manner.
  • Performs other related duties and assignments.
  • Thrive as a team player.
  • Ensure all Teleperformance policies and procedures are adhered to, including but not limited to: Security, HR, Operations, etc., and any known infractions of any of these corporate policies and procedures are communicated to the proper Teleperformance Management immediately. 

 

 

Qualifications

·         2-3 years Administrative Assistant experience.

·         Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

·         Internet savvy.

·         Excellent organizational and communication skills.

·         Ability to prioritize and complete multi-task assignments.

·         Strong attention to detail.

·         Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving.

·         Strong written and oral communication skills.

·         Ability to work in a stressful environment.

·         Ability to meet tight deadlines.

·         Demonstrated experience with confidential business matters.

·         Long work hours may be required.
