Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deliver initial training for new hires with customer service and sales skills, product knowledge, and call center policies and procedures.
  • Reports all training related activities to the Training Manager
  • Conduct ongoing refresher training modules in critical needs areas as identified by the management team and the client.
  • Develop and integrate role-plays, group discussions and hands-on exercises to ensure training effectiveness.
  • Ensure adherence to training schedule
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with Operations and Quality in the organization to stay abreast of performance by program and contribute to performance improvement strategies through training interventions.
  • Prepare lesson plans and course agenda for each training class; identify learning objectives; forward to management team prior to start of training session.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Some college courses required or 1 year of training/teaching experience
  • Communication skills with a strong ability to communicate in front of groups of people
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Face-to face training experience required in group setting
  • At least 6 months of service with TP in current position
  • Not on any active disciplinary action
  • Excellent attendance/performance record with TP
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel
