Job Description

Purpose of Position: Accountable for the development and implementation of training strategies, plans, and processes to support organizational goals. Responsible for all training programs which includes client up trainings, new hire training, and Teleperformance specific skill developmental training.




  • Responsible for following provided curriculum to provide training on products, procedures, and prospective member engagement
  • Ensure the maximum effectiveness of staff by implementing training programs
  • Appropriately complete all preparation steps prior to conducting first training session
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs and implement remediation programs
  • Successfully conduct Agent and/or Representative training
  • Successfully complete Medicare & Retirement Train the Trainer (T3).
  • Complete certification courses prior to conducting first training session
  • Adhere to Agent and/or Representative training schedule and curriculum
  • Deliver Medicare & Retirement training assessments to trainees
  • Assign appropriate pre-study work, as defined by Medicare & Retirement training organization
  • Consistently and thoroughly complete required tracking and reporting tasks
  • Communicate Trainee at Risk to Training Coordinator (attendance, assessment scores, success factors, activity results, etc.)
  • Perform other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by supervisor or manager.
  • Thrive as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment.
  • Ensure all Teleperformance policies and procedures are adhered to, including but not limited to: Security, HR, Operations, etc., and any known infractions of any of these corporate policies and procedures are communicated to the proper Teleperformance Management immediately. 

Job Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • Healthcare experience
  • Strong facilitation skills, training experience, classroom management, leadership/coaching/mentoring abilities, critical thinking skills, attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication, self-directed, experience with basic computer skills and PowerPoint, works effectively in a fast paced and changing environment.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include travel
