Job Description

You will fulfill a technical support position for Teleperformance. Working in a collaborative and engaging virtual environment, you will be the eyes and ears for our team fielding technical support inquiries or advising of appropriate solutions.  You will be required to communicate with callers and your managers via telephone, e-mail, video and /or chat. In this position you will be troubleshooting various network, hardware, and software issues.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities of this position:

•        Handle and carefully document inbound calls by identifying their needs, and taking strategic action in a timely manner.

•        Provide excellent customer service through active listening on every interaction while adjusting support approach to accommodate all levels of technical skills.

•        Troubleshoot equipment and system problems while educating on support options and steps being taken to resolve the issue.

•        Aim to resolve issues on first call being proactive and demonstrating advanced product knowledge.

•        Use software to source and input data accurately as related to interaction.

Requirements:

•        Over 18 years of age

Soft Skills:

•        Ability to listen to and understand callers’ concerns

•        Ability to read and write in English clearly
