PURPOSE OF POSITION

PRIMARY DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS

 

You must have exceptional attendance for this position

 

Responsible for the day to day facility activities including:
•         Monitoring and updating site security measures
•         Monitoring and managing HVAC automation
•         Supervise contract vendors and maintenance staff
•         Appropriately communicate with customers, internal and external
•         Position does require some weekend and after hours business schedules with 24 hr on call availability

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

·        Basic knowledge and understanding of commercial HVAC and energy management

·       Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Must be enterprising, diplomatic and proactive in solving problems

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively present information across all levels of the organization

·       Experience in electrical and plumbing, carpet, locking devices, door hardware, system furniture and office furniture repair

·       Facility management of building maintenance supervision

·       Strong organizations and management skills ability to multi-task and exact attention to detail

·       Management of electronic and physical security

·       Proficient in MS Outlook and Access, and advanced knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel

·       Extensive experience with WFM software utilized by assigned projects (Blue Pumpkin, IEX, Aspect, etc.)

·       Knowledge of contact center dynamics and company operations within an ACD environment

·       Flexible schedule must be able to support site 24/7 on call

·       Performs other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned
