Job Description


Develop, implement, assess and improve day to day operations of inbound call center in order to meet and exceed all aspects of client needs and requirements according to policies and procedures


·         Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with community partners

·         Manage to actively work with community resources to understand hiring trends and develop strategic   hiring plans

·         Must ensure recruiting, screening and hiring standards are maintained and adhered to in assigned site

·         Maintain performance measurement reports for individual recruiters reporting weekly to the Site Director, Regional Director and VP of Recruiting

·         Actively seek new recruiting strategies that continually replenish the candidate pipeline based on market conditions and skill sets needed

·         Manage & track the marketing campaign for your region, including radio, newspaper, online, job fairs

·         Grow a robust recruiting department by using best practices and processes

·         Attend client presentations and effectively represent the recruiting division

·         Ensure new hire orientation class lists are accurate and complete

·         Monitor new hire welcome program and coaching recruiters through opportunities

·         Monitor hiring process eliminating delays

·         Audit new hire documents to ensure accuracy and compliance

·         Work with operations, client services and training to ensure hiring standards are met

·         Develop strategies to further reduce 90 day attrition

·         Conduct daily meetings to further develop the teams and provide necessary updates

Job Requirements


·         3-5 years leadership experience in a fast paced, change oriented HR or recruiting environment

·         Must be at least 18 years old

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internet skills

·         Excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills with the ability to speak effectively in front of large groups and across all levels of the organization

·         Experience working with an ATS

·         Excellent organization, communication skills with the ability to multi task

·         Ability to take initiative and to manage many projects at one time while adhering to strict deadlines and handle high pressure situations

·         Demonstrated experience working with confidential information

·         Professional business skills and image

·         Positive upbeat attitude at all times

·         Ability to view a computer monitor for several hours at a time

·         Ability to sit or stand at a work station for several hours at a time

·         Must have ability to work various shifts influenced by current business needs

·         Excellent attendance history is required

·         Must pass mandatory background checks which may include pre-screenings, illegal drug tests and credit checks


·         Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Human Resources or other related field

·         2 plus years recruiting and interviewing experience in a high volume setting

·         2 plus years sales and/or marketing experience

·         1 plus year management including Sr. Recruiter or Team Lead experience

·         Advanced skills with desktop computer systems
