Reporting Analyst

Job description:

Responsible for the design, daily production and delivery of reports, special report inquiries and data analysis to identify and drive opportunities for improvement and business growth on the project(s).

·       Compile and utilize data from multiple sources to identify trends and patterns to drive the operation

·       Meet reporting and deliverable s deadlines

·       Make recommendations and develop action plans with the Operations team

·       Assists in building processes as well as developing and maintaining reports based on business needs

·       Produce presentations with data using advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excels kills

·       Detailed understanding of Call Center KPI’s (Calculation, Relationship to Operation, etc…)

·       Use creative problem solving techniques, data and observation to develop real-world solutions

·       Able to identify patterns to examine and identify an issues root cause

·       Provide consultation to Operations and Client Services on Solutions and Best Practices

·       Strong analytical, problem solving and creative skills required

·       Accuracy, attention to detail and quality orientation are essential

·       Thrives as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment

Job Requirements

Job requirements:

  • ·       Demonstrable advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint 
  •  
  • ·       Experience with Avaya, CCMS and TP Reports preferred
  •  
  • ·       Knowledge of Logic, Statistics and Projections based on historical data would be an asset
  •  
  • ·       Must have strong mathematical and analytical skills
  •  
  • ·       Must be able to multi-task, be detail oriented and possess strong organizational skills
  •  
  • ·       Ability to adapt and excel as a team player in a fast-paced, high energy, change-oriented environment
  •  
  • ·       Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills
  •  
  • ·       Ability to work without close supervision and exhibit a strong sense of self-motivation
  •  
  • ·       Requires constant communication with all levels of management (including client)
  •  
  • ·       Must have an excellent attendance record
