Job Description

 Job Summary/Overview:

• Responsible for the implementation of the Information Security Management System and the Contact Center Security Requirements. Works with operations, IT, security, facilities, and other departments to implement corporate and client specific security controls and collect appropriate evidence of implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Security DRI must read, understand, and implement the responsibilities described in client Contractual Security Requirements, as well as controls to measure compliance.

• Security DRI is responsible for maintaining, improving, and monitoring the security environment by understanding generally accepted security and risk principles and applying this knowledge to the existing environment and processes.

• Security DRI must be a full-time employee whose job is dedicated to the security role, and must have sufficient seniority and expertise to close security corrective actions in a timely manner.

• Security DRI must be locally based at the Contact Center which they are responsible to secure.

• Security DRI must support a cross-functional business model comprised of staff members within site management, physical security and IT security.

• Security DRI must provide to client, the documentation of all policies, procedures, and protocols used to fulfill the responsibilities and measures described in the security contractual requirements.

• Security DRI must be responsive, by responding to client in less than 24 hours from initial interaction, or as prescribed otherwise by Teleperformance Management.

• Security DRI must demonstrate timely implementation of corrective actions. Security DRI must provide:

o Weekly updates on current corrective action plans

o Accurate milestone dates that corrective actions will be completed by

o Actual dates that corrective actions were completed

o Weekly metric reporting must be submitted

• The Security DRI must obtain training and/or certificates in physical security measures, and incident or investigation management.

  • Align current business processes with client requirements and external security standards/obligations such as PCI DSS, ISO27001 and ISO27002, HIPAA, BITS, etc

• Develop training materials in conjunction with the compliance requirements

• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Main Job Requirements:             

Education

•       Required: Bachelor's degree  or similar education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent

Work Experience

•       1 year Management experience

•       Project Management experience preferred

•       highly preferred certifications: CEH, CISSP, CRISC, CISA, ECSA, CHFI, CFE, MCSE, CCNA, CCNP

 

 

Job Requirements

•       Must have availability to work various shifts influenced by current business needs.

•       Criminal Background Check & Drug Testing

•       Must be 18 years old

•       Possess a high level of Professionalism

•       Must have a keen sense of attention to detail, taking the initiative to work with Operations, Security, IT, and Facilities site leaders to achieve required compliance

•       Ability to interpret and translate business requirements into technical security controls that meet enterprise security standards and policies.

Technical Skills:

•       Good understanding of current IT technologies

•       Ability to work within the security practice aligning to business requirements.

•       Familiarity with security standards, regulations, etc including, but not limited to PCI DSS, ISO27001 and ISO27002, HIPAA, CoBIT, etc.

•                            OSX, Apple iOS or MDM experience
