Your Responsibilities                                                                                                                                                    

  • Actively source and recruit qualified applicants for various clients
  • Maintains an accurate representation of Teleperformance to all applicants
  • Reviews all new hire paperwork ensuring accuracy (work with confidential customer information)
  • Thrives as a team player in an extremely fast-paced, high-energy, and change-oriented environment
  • Performs other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by manager
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times
  • Follow up to applicants inquiries by taking specific action in a timely manner


What We’re Looking for

  • 6+ months of related work experience
  • Over 18 years of age
  • Ability to type 25 wpm
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Availability to work various shifts
  • Proficiency with desktop computer system and Microsoft Office –Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point
  • Proven oral & written communication skills

  • Organization and work prioritization skills
  • Continuously demonstrate a high sense of urgency, and perform under pressure
