• Work for a well-known 3rd party travel booking service
• Must be professional and have previous travel booking experience

• 1 year Customer service experience required with 6 months call center experience preferred

• GDS travel database is strongly preferred

• Must be at least 18 years old

• HS Diploma or GED
• Must be able to type 35 wpm

• Logical problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
• Proven oral and written communication skills
• Must have availability to work various shifts influenced by current business needs.
• Ability to use Windows operating systems and navigate between various windows
• Provide a positive, professional, empathetic and customer-focused manner
