Your Responsibilities

• You will assist the customer on their journey to understanding and acquiring Apple Products and Services.
• You will receive 30 to 40 inbound calls per day requiring consultation.
• Our top performers are knowledgeable about Apple product features and related accessories translate use cases into customer recommendations and, ultimately, complete the transaction with the customer while providing a premier customer experience.
• You will enjoy a dynamic, performance-based work environment where contacts are monitored, recorded and assessed. This position also requires a High degree of flexibility, potentially requiring individuals to work night and weekend hours.
• Sales Specialist at times may receive call types not related to sales and will be required to provide support to ensure an extraordinary customer journey.

• Over 18 years of age
Soft Skills:

• Ability to listen to and understand callers' concerns
• Ability to read and write in English clearly
We Highly Prefer:

• 6 months call center and/or tech support experience
• Ability to type efficiently
• High School Graduate or GED
• Availability to work various shifts
• Basic computer aptitude in Windows and/or Mac
• Proven oral & written communication skills
• Environmental Requirements Include:
• Internet Access; Minimum of 12 mbps download and 1 mbps upload speed
• Dedicated landline for work purposes only
• A quiet, professional work space free from distractions
• Modem firewalls should be disabled for proper VPN and product access
• Logical problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task, and ability to utilize the client approach to troubleshooting
• Organization and work prioritization skills
• Continuously demonstrate a high sense of urgency, and perform under pressure
